Polished cast iron skillets evoke a nostalgic charm with
their smooth surfaces, but they come with certain drawbacks. Traditional
polished finishes often struggle with seasoning retention, leading to shadows,
scratchy patinas, and even flaking when not meticulously cared for.

After extensive testing in our labs, we developed the unique
Victoria SIGNATUREsoft finish. This finish is achieved through a precise CNC
machining process to smooth and polish the inside of the skillet, followed by
sandblasting to create a controlled subtle texture. This texture enhances heat
tolerance and improves seasoning retention while still passing the egg and
cornbread test as effectively as polished skillets.

build seasoning quickly and effortlessly. We tested over a hundred variations
to find the one that delivers the best results straight out of the box and
after use, without the need for constant white-glove maintenance. This skillet
