At Victoria, we take pride in our craft and stand behind every piece of authentic cookware we make. That’s why we guarantee it against defects in craftsmanship for life, starting from the day you purchase it.

What’s Covered

If your product ever shows a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it, replace it, or issue a credit - free of charge. And if your cookware breaks, cracks, or warps under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it - for life.

What’s Not Covered

Normal signs of use like seasoning wear, rust, scratches, staining, or discoloration are not covered under this warranty. Likewise, damage from misuse (such as improper overheating, improper cleaning, alterations, or commercial use) falls outside of coverage.

A Few Details

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

• It’s valid only for products bought new from an authorized Victoria dealer, distributor, or representative.
