Mixed Veggie Delight
Instructions:
- Slice the onion and the bell pepper. Cut the carrots into finger-size pieces and cut the zucchini in half.
- Place your Victoria Cookware Double Burner Griddle with the flat side down in medium heat and let it warm up for about 2 minutes so it’s nice and hot.
- Wrap the poblano pepper in aluminum foil and place in the griddle. Wrapping it up will make it come out nice and soft and not get burned.
- Add the veggies to the griddle in the order you prefer. Cook the veggies for 10-15 minutes each, flipping once in between. Cook the California pepper for 8-10 minutes, also flipping once in between. Serve and enjoy!
