Fudge Peanut Butter Brownie Skillet

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp espresso powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, softened

You will also need a SIGNATUREseries Cast Iron Skillet.
Instructions
Preheat & Prep
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 10” cast iron skillet.
Prepare Chocolate Mixture
  1. Melt butter and chopped chocolate in a large bowl using a double boiler or microwave.
  2. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
Add Sugars & Dry Ingredients
  1. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, whisk until combined.
  2. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Transfer & Swirl
  • Spread batter evenly into the greased skillet.
  • Drop spoonfuls of softened peanut butter over the batter. Swirl gently with a knife or chopstick.
  • Bake
  • Bake at 350°F for 28-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
