Fudge Peanut Butter Brownie Skillet
Ingredients
3/4 cup butter6 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp espresso powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, softened
You will also need a SIGNATUREseries Cast Iron Skillet.

Instructions
Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 10” cast iron skillet.
Prepare Chocolate Mixture
- Melt butter and chopped chocolate in a large bowl using a double boiler or microwave.
- Let cool for 5 minutes.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
Add Sugars & Dry Ingredients
- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, whisk until combined.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Transfer & Swirl
Spread batter evenly into the greased skillet.Drop spoonfuls of softened peanut butter over the batter. Swirl gently with a knife or chopstick.Bake
